Description:

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for filling orders for Company owned retail showrooms, Dealer locations and for external customers. As part of the Customer Service team, this role will also cross train with other Customer Service roles and support departmental projects and initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take orders from dealers and technicians
  • Coordinate the need for parts with OEMs
  • Distribute parts orders to shop and floor
  • Post and invoice all parts shipments on a daily basis
  • Cross train with Customer Service Reps to answer overflow customer service requests
  • Provide technical customer support as needed
  • Respond to online Customer Service inquiries
  • Provide factory tours and support other departmental projects as needed
Requirements:

Qualifications, education and experience:

  • College degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Piano technician experience a plus
  • Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
  • Note: Position requires physical activity. Should be able to lift up to 40 lb.

The estimated annualized base salary range for this role is $50K - $55K. Compensation will vary based on skills and experience.
