Customer Service & Phone Sales Representative

We are hiring a fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to handle inbound calls with warm leads, past customers, book services, manage reschedules and cancellations, and support customer service with service follow ups.

This role is phone-heavy and performance-based.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound calls with warm leads (immediate contact)
  • Outbound calls to past customers
  • Booking services and memberships
  • Handling reschedules and cancellations
  • Following up on estimates and missed calls
  • Upselling when appropriate
  • Requesting reviews after service
  • Tracking and reporting KPIs
  • Maintaining CRM accuracy

Requirements

  • Fluent, clear spoken English
  • Prior phone sales or call center experience
  • Comfortable with outbound calling
  • Confident handling objections
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace
  • Coachable and metric-driven
  • Full time availability

Hours & Schedule

  • Starting part time during training
  • 8-4 PST Monday-Friday
  • This is a permanent year round role

Compensation

  • Hourly Base starting at 140.59 + Commission
  • Performance expectations clearly defined

Selected candidates will be invited to a group interview where they will participate a short live roleplay call. Final candidates will move to a one-on-one interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From E£140.59 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
