Duties

  • Assist customers with sales-related questions, product information, and service options to promote client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately, updating customer records and transaction logs using Microsoft Office tools and specialized CRM systems.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new products and services.
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette, demonstrating active listening skills and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Support cash handling procedures when necessary, ensuring accuracy during transactions or refunds.

  • Analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions efficiently.
