Work Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Primary Job Function:

Assist the sales team and facilitate sales estimates, follow-ups, and appointments.

Assist the install team and scheduling installs and ensuring install success.

Reports To: Office Manager & General Manager

Primary Duties

· Create and organize pre-install folders.

· Facilitate scheduling and rescheduling of installs.

· Facilitate collecting deposit payments in install.

· Purchase & manage all permits for residential and commercial.

· Create work order packets, with all appropriate paperwork.

· Qualify prior to Scheduling all sales appointments.

· Responsible for schedule and re-schedule all sales appointments as needed.

· Answer incoming calls.

· Ensure work orders are being completed by sales team. Assist as needed.

· Create install jobs into dispatching software.

· Create invoices or application of payments for large commercial projects.

· Work with planning department to solve flood plain issues in conjunction with the customer.

· Send pre-sales appointment email packet to customer.

· Call and verify sales appointments with customers day prior to sales appointment.

· Call and verify installs with customers day prior to install.

· Call and verify sub-contractors’ schedules for installs day prior.

· Handle all walk-in customers, assist with selling over-the-counter items.

· Send post-sales appointment post-card mailer.

· Appropriately track marketing sources on all scheduled sales appointments.

· Verify install equipment and material is arrived prior to installation.

· Communicate with vendors when needed for expedited installs.

· Assist with sales follow-ups with sales team. Make outbound calls, texts, or emails to follow-up on post sales estimates.

· Schedule, manage and track all 3rd party leads and referrals from different sources.

· Attend sales meetings, keep notes in sales meetings and schedule around sales meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
