Job Summary

Duties
- Assist clients by building detailed itineraries, including excursions, accommodations, activities, and shuttle transportation arrangements and menu upgrades.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Use outbound calling techniques to follow up with clients and ensure their needs are met effectively
- Maintain accurate data entry of client information, bookings, and preferences using Microsoft Office tools and specialized booking software, must be detail oriented
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when necessary
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients
- Analyze client requests to recommend suitable travel options and resolve any issues efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client support and itinerary adjustments as needed
Qualifications
- Multilingual skills are highly preferred; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong asset
- Proven experience in customer support or client services, especially within a call center or travel-related environment
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or recommend additional services confidently
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and analysis
- Experience with outbound calling and handling inbound customer inquiries effectively
- Knowledge of call center operations, including call handling procedures and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in typing and documentation tasks
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and secure transaction processing is a plus
