Duties

• Greet customers warmly, listen to their event concerns, and provide clear explanations of items they may need
• Assist with scheduling dly or pick up of items rented , any repairs, maintenance, and inspections needed to make sure items are in working order & ready for our customers
• Support shop management by handling cash transactions, invoicing, and dy or pick up processes
• Promote additional services such as promotional packages, items needed for event and ideas for clients through upselling techniques
• Coordinate with design team to ensure timely completion of items needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Contribute to a clean, organized shop environment that promotes safety and efficiency

Requirements

• Previous customer service management experience preferred
• Strong leadership personality
• Experience with running front end operations/ computer/square/ software and service writing is highly desirable
• Knowledge of various ideas of design and event set up / inventory skills welcomed
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate information clearly
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and confidently manage administrative tasks
• Enthusiasm to learn is essential
