Gasper Landscapes, Inc. is a largely successful, family-owned, multi-faceted business centered around its well-known and highly reputable garden center in Bucks County, PA. With multiple locations, the company also operates a landscape and hardscape division with its own newly built store for contractors, as well as an award-winning exterior furnishings store.

We are currently seeking a new addition for our team in the role of Customer Service / Purchasing Support!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service but also may have an interest in a purchasing-oriented role and possess strong data entry skills.

v Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook and Excel a must – no fakers please!

v Ability to work into the early evening and on weekends – flexibility is key!

Bonus points: Not a deal-breaker, but you would dazzle us if you had product familiarity with tools and other landscape/hardscape contractor supplies.

General Responsibilities of this Role:

Answering Phones: You will be trained in how to field a variety of customer service calls and will be a part of the team that answers and handles incoming phone calls at our busy main office.

Purchasing Support: You will support the Purchasing department for one of our three stores by processing receiving paperwork, running reports for reordering, and creating product data sheets for our e-commerce site.

Growth Track: if successful, this position offers the opportunity to develop into a Purchasing associate role with appropriate salary increases.

This is a full-time, on-site position with some evenings and weekends required.

Entrance salary to be determined based on skills and experience.
