Hertz Franchisee at the Huntsville International Airport is looking for professional, organized, reliable, customer service-oriented people to assist our Team for EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS. Ideal candidates should have excellent personal, organizational, and computer skills. Responsibilities include renting vehicles to customers following car rental protocols, greeting customers upon rental return, checking vehicles for damage, checking fuel and miles driven, and providing receipts to customers. Duties also include, ensuring customer satisfaction, ensuring that vehicles are properly checked and moved off the return line to be cleaned and serviced. Providing keys and working with rest of customer service reps, drivers, and vehicle service reps is essential throughout the shift. Candidates must pass pre-employment screening which includes motor vehicle record, drug screen and background check. Customer service in hospitality, hotel, or travel experience is a plus.

Proficiency in computer programs like Excel
