CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Customer Service Representative ( 18 Normal visa / small project visa )

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer communication and operational coordination . The role requires strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate efficiently across customers, vendors, logistics, operations, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customers through WhatsApp and other communication channels including email, Instagram, and any future support channels.

- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, refunds, exchanges, and missing shipping or payment information.

- Coordinate with vendors, operations, and finance teams to complete refund and exchange processes smoothly and accurately.

- Follow up internally on pending customer cases until completion.

- Coordinate with customers and logistics providers regarding deliveries and shipment updates.

- Create DHL AWBs, arrange pickups, and support shipping operations.

- Understand Naseej’s product portfolio and maintain a well-organized archive of available fabric booklets and product information.

- Support order coordination and customer follow-ups when required.

- Create, organize, and update customer segments for marketing and retargeting purposes.

- Maintain accurate customer records and internal tracking sheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Organized and detail-oriented.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets, and online systems.

- Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, logistics, or operations coordination is preferred.

- Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions professionally.

Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
