Customer Service Rep

Creating new team of CSRs serving Internet Service Providers and more. Inbound and outbound customer relations work.

Ideal candidate will have:
- A proven record of success in customer service
- 2+ years of experience in the call center industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Internet service pricing or able to learn
- A customer-service-focused mindset

This position requires on-site attendance. Boomers, retirees, and especially veterans welcome!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
