In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support that reflects our company's high standards. The ideal candidate is an articulate, empathetic, and proactive individual committed to delivering a first-class customer experience.



 

Responsibilities


 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms, addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding property listings, services, and the home buying/selling process.
  • Efficiently connect prospective clients with the appropriate real estate advisors based on their specific requirements.
  • Resolve any customer issues or complaints with patience and integrity, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with our team of real estate advisors to provide seamless administrative and operational support.
  • Gather and document customer feedback to help identify opportunities for service improvement.





 

Qualifications


 

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience within the real estate industry would be considered an advantage but is not required.
