We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, handling inbound calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide detailed information about our air quality testing, assessment, and consulting services.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate with our technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Address and resolve client enquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues where necessary.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our company database.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered to a high standard.
* Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, client support, or a related field.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find effective solutions for clients.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in standard office software; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
* A genuine desire to help people and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
