Customer Service Rep - Clerical

The customer service representative is responsible for interacting with our company’s clients to provide information regarding services, increase account listings, nurture and strengthen client relationships, and effectively resolve complaints. This position is a GREAT fit for someone who is customer obsessed and loves to solve problems. (This is NOT a remote job.)


Our work environment is business casual with plenty of co-worker interaction, support and training. You would be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients while completing administrative support tasks. Customer interaction is handled primarily over the phone, so excellent communication and problem solving skills are required. The work schedule is MON - FRI, 8am to 5pm.

Interested candidates must type 45wpm accurately (10 key helpful), be organized and task- and detail-oriented, and devoted to providing OUTSTANDING customer service. Must have excellent follow-through on assigned tasks and projects. Must be able to demonstrate excellent record of attendance and punctuality. We're looking for someone with an engaging, can-do personality that will make a professional and memorable impression with clients and co-workers.


Required: High School Diploma or GED ; must be at least 18 years of age.
