ARE YOU THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER OUR TEAM NEEDS?

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

Your workweek will be Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. This is a full-time, in-office position.

As a Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, you will start each morning ready to provide top-notch support to our customers and team. You will spend your day answering phones, scheduling appointments, and dispatching technicians to ensure customers receive timely service. Throughout the day, you will prepare and maintain reports, keep information organized, and handle multiple tasks at once in our busy office.
