Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher

WHAT YOU DO

As a Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, your role revolves around speaking with customers, maintaining our calendars, and effectively dispatching field crews to jobs. You handle our phone lines by answering incoming calls from customers, responding to questions, and scheduling appointments. If a client has issues or concerns, you do what you can to make things right. You strategically assign jobs and dispatch field teams based on job proximity and the required skill set. Plus, you manage our social media and interact with customers online.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated attitude and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including using a computer, sitting for extended periods, and moving objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • 1+ year of experience with Service Titan, preferred

Customer service experience would be preferred. Experience with ServiceTitan software would be a bonus.
