Customer Service Rep / Order Entry Specialist

Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist Job description - Our company is currently seeking a Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist to join our team! We are offering a full time position 7:30am - 4:00pm. This person will be responsible for daily administrative duties consisting of; order entry, fielding phone calls, scheduling shipments, filing paperwork and providing administrative support to the sales and operations departments.

Qualifications:

· Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and comfortable with learning software programs; for example, Sage ERP and EDI

· Demonstrate ability to work with others

Requirements:

· Knowledge in working with Microsoft Office

· Ability to answer phone calls in professional manner and either direct or offer customer service

· Work closely with members of the sales team to support customer needs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Flexible Hours

Part time Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
