Job Opening: Female Customer Service Representative (Arabic - Female )

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails; provide accurate information about services and appointments.
  • Schedule and confirm bookings, follow up with clients, and maintain an updated database.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or front-desk roles (preferably in a medical, beauty, or hospitality environment).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business).
  • Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and ability to work as part of a team.
