Customer Service Representative – On-Site (Dubai)

Location: Dubai (On-Site)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers Encouraged to Apply)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and accuracy

2. Assist users with account-related issues including transactions, logins, and verifications

3. Resolve complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits

4. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

6. Provide timely feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement

7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service

8. Maintain a thorough understanding of product features and updates

Key Skills & Requirements:

1. Strong problem-solving attitude with customer-first approach

2. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

3. Basic knowledge of customer service tools and CRM systems is a plus

4. Positive mindset, team spirit, and eagerness to learn
