Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Agent (Male/Female) to join our customer service team. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, representing the company with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or promote products/services as required.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and a positive attitude.
  • Record customer information, transactions, and feedback in the system accurately.

Qualifications:

  • 16 Years of education of education in any field.
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Agent, Customer Service Representative, or similar role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Language Urdu is must English is optional.
  • Positive, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
