What You’ll Do

• Help clients with questions about their insurance policies, payments, and coverage.
• Assist with policy updates, quotes, and basic account support.
• Make simple follow-up calls to check on client needs or remind them about renewals.
• Keep accurate notes and update customer information in our system.
• Process payments and follow basic cash-handling procedures when needed.
• Work with a friendly team that supports one another every day.

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office is a plus).
• Ability to learn new tasks and follow simple procedures.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train!
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a bonus.
