Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Process orders, applications, forms, and requests as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database or CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Meet performance metrics such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues or potential improvements.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, company updates, and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related field is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when working with customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
