Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Female Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Generate sale leads and prepare sales report
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Manage sales pipeline
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Intermediate/Graduate (Fresh or experienced both can apply).
• Strong communication skills in Urdu & English.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
