Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with domestic Air Cargo sales colleagues and Dubai-based Air Cargo clients, and follow up with them.

2. Provide daily updates on shipment status and after-sales service.

3. Assist with payment collection.

4. Maintain daily customer relations.

5.Follow up with clients, liaise with domestic partners, assist with payment collection, maintain customer relationships, etc.

Requirements

• UAE Logistic Sales or Customer Service experience is must
• Bachelor Degree in management or IT
• Good Communications Skills in English and any other Language
• ability to join with short notice period
• Asian & Philippines Candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
