Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Company: WashOn (Dubai’s premier laundry and shoe cleaning service platform)

Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is key to delivering an exceptional WashOn experience for both individual and business clients. This role requires strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support the smooth operation of our on-demand laundry and shoe cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for WashOn customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
  • Process service requests, answer questions about orders, pricing, and services.
  • Resolve concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with laundry attendants, drivers, and other team members to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Manage order tracking, customer follow-ups, and status updates.
  • Promote WashOn’s services and products, upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs using the company’s CRM/platform.
  • Gather feedback, escalate service issues, and contribute suggestions for service improvements.
  • Support partnership clients (corporate, hotel, B2B) as needed, ensuring service standards are met.
  • Assist with processing payments, handling vouchers, loyalty program details, and service recoveries.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, contact center, or hospitality roles (laundry/cleaning service experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Hindi, Arabic, Urdu) a plus.
  • Friendly, professional attitude with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and online service platforms.
  • Quick learner with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
