Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in sales to join our team for the night shift. In this role, you will assist customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities to recommend additional services. Your ability to combine exceptional customer service with effective sales techniques will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.

· Sales Skills: Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services through upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.

· Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

· Effective Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, providing timely updates and follow-ups as needed.

· Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions to ensure service quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· Experience: 3 to 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.

· Sales Skills: Strong ability to upsell, cross-sell, and position solutions that meet customer needs.

· Language Skills: Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in customer service or sales is a plus).

· Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

· Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer service software, sales tools, and basic computer skills.

Compensation:

· Salary: Competitive market rate, including a base salary plus commission.

· Lahore, Model Town: Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
