We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our customers through live chat and email. The role suits someone who communicates clearly, pays attention to detail and handles questions with patience and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through live chat, email and occasional phone calls
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, policies and troubleshooting steps
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone in every interaction
- Record customer issues and follow up where needed
- Escalate technical or complex cases to the right internal teams
- Manage multiple chats at once without losing accuracy
- Keep response times within agreed standards
- Spot recurring issues and report them so we can improve our service
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience with live chat platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Tawk or similar
- Comfortable handling fast-paced conversations and multitasking
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and think clearly
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote roles)
- Willingness to learn our products, tools and workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting eCommerce or SaaS customers
- Basic understanding of order management system.

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
