Job Title: Customer Service in Real Estate Support (1+ year experience)

Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service / Real Estate Support professional to join our team at Golden Bricks Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities – Sales Agent:

  • Generate and follow up on leads, and acquire new clients.
  • List properties and conduct property viewings.
  • Advise clients on property options, pricing, and market trends.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation.
  • Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on the real estate market and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (real estate experience preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Ability to handle calls, messages, and follow-ups professionally.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).
  • Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, ability to multitask.
