Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service / Real Estate Support professional to join our team at Golden Bricks Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities – Sales Agent:
- Generate and follow up on leads, and acquire new clients.
- List properties and conduct property viewings.
- Advise clients on property options, pricing, and market trends.
- Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation.
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the real estate market and competitors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (real estate experience preferred).
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to handle calls, messages, and follow-ups professionally.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, ability to multitask.
