Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a strong focus on sales to join our team. In this role, you will combine exceptional customer service skills with sales expertise to address customer inquiries, recommend products or services, and drive business growth. You will act as the face of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information

· Sales Generation: Recommend and sell products or services that meet customer needs, ensuring a seamless experience

· Lead Development: Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up with customers to convert leads into sales

· Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints professionally, offering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

· Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value to customers

· Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and ensuring accurate data entry in CRM systems

· Collaboration: Work closely with sales and support teams to meet customer needs and achieve business goals

Qualifications.

· Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

· Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Sales Ability: Proven ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close deals effectively

· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is a plus.
