Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative who can communicate fluently in Malayalam and English. The ideal candidate will support customers, manage inquiries, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and follow up when needed.
• Maintain proper documentation of interactions and support activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in line with company service standards.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
