Dermatouch is looking for a skilled Non-Voice Customer Care Representative to manage customer interactions across WhatsApp, email, chat, and social media. The role focuses on timely resolutions, product guidance, and maintaining a high-quality customer experience — without voice/call support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, email, website chat, and social channels.
- Resolve order-related issues — tracking, returns, refunds, cancellations, replacements.
- Provide accurate product and skincare information through written communication.
- Maintain response SLAs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and update reports/CRM accurately.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and D2C teams for escalations.
- Identify customer pain points and share actionable insights with the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a non-voice or chat/email process (D2C or e-commerce preferred).
- Strong written communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of chats/messages.
- Basic understanding of skincare products is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, patient, and solution-focused.
