- Complaint Handling: Managing customer dissatisfaction with patience and professionalism.
- Sales Support: Assisting with reservations, upselling, or cross-selling when appropriate.
- Documentation: Recording interactions, updating customer accounts, and tracking service requests.
- Proactive Outreach: Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and prevent future issues.
- Team Collaboration: Working with other departments (sales, technical support, logistics) to resolve complex issues.
