Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative with a strong background in customer service, sales, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or product distribution environment and maintain a professional appearance suitable for client interactions. This position requires the ability to actively sell and promote window film products while delivering top-tier customer support.

This role offers room to grow within the company, with a formal performance review after the first 6 months and the potential for a pay increase based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell and promote window films and related products to businesses and consumers.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring exceptional service.
• Utilize social media platforms to market products and engage with potential buyers.
• Maintain and organize inventory within a warehouse environment.
• Process orders, manage shipments, and ensure product availability.
• Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, product details, and competitor offerings.
• Work closely with management to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in window films, automotive, or related industries.
• Social media savvy — experience with content creation, marketing, or customer engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Experience in a warehouse environment, including handling products and fulfilling orders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
