Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally.
• Screen and direct incoming calls to the correct associate.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive interaction every time.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Process orders and returns in a timely manner.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills to resolve customer issues by analyzing situations, offering solutions, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Manage customer data entry accurately into our systems using computer applications.
• Report and process returns and shortages to vendors.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude contributing to a positive customer experience.
• Continuously improve knowledge of product and services. Staying informed on updates, procedures and changes.
• Participate in training and development programs, to enhance customer service skills
• Provide feedback to management about customer issues, concerns, and trends.

Experience

• Previous customer service experience or customer support roles is highly preferred
• Bilingual abilities are a strong plus; but not necessary.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and basic office skills is essential
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
