Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

TUSOL, a US-based IT company, is hiring Customer Support Representatives for its US-based projects in Lahore. This is a non-sales, customer service position focused on assisting customers and resolving their queries professionally.

Candidates with strong English communication skills who are eager to start or grow their careers in the international (US) market are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
• Candidates with O/A Levels or IELTS certification will be given preference.
• 1 Year experience in relevant field(US Based)

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, On-site
• Shift: Monday to Saturday (7 PM – 5 AM)
• Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
