We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is not only an excellent communicator but also brings creativity and technical capability to the role. The ideal candidate will support customers professionally, create visually appealing presentations, assist with basic graphic design needs, and provide technical troubleshooting support.
This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and using creative tools to add value to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms with professionalism and accuracy
- Provide clear, fluent, and effective English communication to deliver outstanding customer experience
- Create and design PowerPoint presentations for internal teams and client meetings
- Assist with graphic design tasks such as social media posts, flyers, simple branding materials, and visual assets
- Provide basic tech support for customers, including troubleshooting platform access, login issues, and general technical questions
- Maintain customer records, update CRM systems, and track communication logs
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to resolve customer concerns
- Support administrative tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to design clean, professional, visually appealing presentations
- Basic to intermediate skills in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Spark, Photoshop, or similar tools)
- Ability to provide technical support, including basic troubleshooting for software/platform issues
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

- Experience with CRM systems
- Familiarity with educational or service-based organizations
- Ability to work under pressure and handle large volumes of communication
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
