Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who has excellent knowledge of Quranic subjects and is fluent in spoken English.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively in with local & international clients.
• Provide information related to Quranic subjects & services.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Meet the set target using effective techniques and strategies.

Goal:

Boost client numbers with superior service quality.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the Quran subjects.
• Fluent English speaking skills
• Confident, active listener and persuasive communicator
• Previous experience in sales (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Location: Bhayani Center, Block M, North Nazimabad. Karachi
Employment Type: Full-time (10 am to 7 pm)
Salary: Upto 30000+Attendance Allowance+Commission+Bonus
