Customer Service Representative

Aseel Sohar International L.L.C. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries, orders, and support for our tissue paper products. This role is responsible for handling direct communication with customers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction. The position reports to the Sales Manager or Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and company messaging channels regarding product information, pricing, and order status.
• Process customer orders, prepare sales invoices, and coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records and order details in the company’s system or database.
• Assist in managing accounts for existing distributors and retailers, including tracking regular orders and addressing routine requests.
• Liaise with the sales, production, and warehouse teams to resolve order-related issues, such as stock availability or delivery timelines.
• Handle and document customer feedback, complaints, or returns, and escalate complex cases to the supervisor as needed.
• Prepare and send order confirmations, delivery notes, and proforma invoices as required.
• Support the sales team by providing basic product information and preparing customer sales reports.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in customer service is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with order management systems or basic CRM software.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is required.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and patient demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.
