Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Jeddah. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.  A key challenge lies in achieving the highest possible rental ratio across the branch’s fleet,  include handling active communication among colleagues and operation management , emails, and face-to-face interactions to assist customers with their needs and inquiries.

Qualifications & needed competences 

High school  / diploma or equivalent

Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills

Experience in customer service is preferable , and  understanding and addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work on-site  and cover other sites if needed 

Basic communicative English  is preferred
