We are looking for a competent Customer Service Representative to help with the organization and running of the daily operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and inputting them into computer system
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or managers
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

Skills

  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls
  • Knowledge of MS Office
