Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our e-commerce and wholesale operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of orders and customer inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Support
- Process purchase orders accurately using ERP systems
- Manage invoices, order updates, and fulfillment coordination
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
Customer Relations
- Provide responsive, professional customer service
- Follow up on orders, backorders, and account inquiries
- Build positive relationships with buyers and internal teams
- Go above and beyond to resolve issues when appropriate
Marketplace Support
- Assist with wholesale platforms such as Faire and FashionGo (experience preferred, not required)
- Organize customer feedback and manage follow-ups
Sales Support
- Learn product knowledge to confidently upsell styles
- Support reorders and recommendations when interacting with customers
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records
- Assist with office-related tasks as needed
- Update inventory levels accurately and consistently
Qualifications
- Full-time availability with strong punctuality
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, responsible, and professional work ethic
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Computer proficiency:
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Typing speed of ~50 WPM
Bonus
- Experience in fashion or wholesale ecommerce
- Familiarity with ERP systems or online marketplaces

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
