Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs and complaints.
  • Providing information about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Resolving issues by escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Potentially selling products or services and making account changes.
