Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Serve as a frontline representative, engaging directly with Frontier customers to understand their service needs and proactively introduce suitable product upgrades or new sales offerings.
- Resolve customer inquiries and service issues with speed, accuracy, and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience that results in product retention and often, additional sales.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Frontier’s internet, voice, and video products to enhance the customer's overall sales package.
- Accurately process service changes, billing inquiries, and new account setups within established system protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all current Frontier service plans, sales promotions, and technology updates.
- Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives and internal departments to escalate complex technical or billing issues effectively.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system to ensure continuity and quality of service.
- Identify and report on recurring sales pain points from the customer to management to contribute to continuous service improvement.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, customer service, or call center preferred).
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone demeanor.
- A strong, solution-oriented mindset with proven ability to calmly manage and resolve customer conflict.
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in quickly learning and navigating multiple computer systems and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quality assurance and customer sales satisfaction metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher is a plus.
- Self-motivated and highly reliable, with excellent time management skills.
