We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. You'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service from their first call to the completion of the job.

Job Summary: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and other communication channels, including social media accounts. This includes scheduling appointments, making up follow-up calls, managing customer accounts, selling maintenance agreements, and assisting with the company's social media.

Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday

Pay Range: $19-$23 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in the service industry is preferred
  • Experience working in HVAC, plumbing, or the construction industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working with various social media platforms, like Instagram and Facebook, is preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience
  • Geographical knowledge of the sales area or map reading skills
