Job Description:

Junior Couture Trading LLC is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to provide excellent support to customers across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Maintain accurate records in systems such as Odoo, Salesforce, or similar platforms
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
• Work on a shifting schedule to ensure coverage

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with Odoo, Salesforce, or similar systems
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Flexible with shifting schedules
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Pay: AED1.00 per month
