Employee Benefit Design is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Service & Enrollment Team Coordinator to support our clients and internal team. This role is an excellent entry point into the employee benefits industry and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, learning new systems, and building a long-term career in insurance and benefits.
The Client Service specialist will assist with employee benefit enrollments, client questions, claims support, bill audits, and administrative tasks.
