Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer service representative for our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in similar role preferably in life insurance or real estate industry.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in receptionist or in a related field.

Must be computer literate.

Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Excellent customer service skills.

Experience in handling marketing calls will be preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage front desk operations

Assist with marketing calls

Handle customer inquiries
