The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support across various communication channels.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and WhatsApp queries professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, delivery, and returns
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or support systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounts) for issue resolution
  • Follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards
  • Achieve defined service KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide product and process information clearly to customers
  • Support order processing, replacements, refunds, and warranty-related queries
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
