We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. It’s an entry-level position — fresh graduates or candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Promote company products/services and upsell where appropriate.
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English. Urdu is a plus.
- No prior experience needed — training will be provided.
- Experience in sales/customer service is an advantage.
