We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple communication channels while ensuring a high standard of service, accuracy, and responsiveness.

This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable working in an office environment, can handle customer queries confidently, and have prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal departments when required
  • Follow company policies, service standards, and communication protocols

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center or office-based experience preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
