Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our services. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our offerings. The ideal candidate will excel at generating leads, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer support throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate Leads: Identify and pursue potential customers through fresh leads, cold calls, emails.

· Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

· Sales Process: Present, demonstrate, and sell services to prospective customers, showcasing their unique value.

· Negotiate Deals: Close sales by negotiating terms and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support to maintain long-term client relationships.

· Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets.

Qualifications:

· Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in B2B or B2C markets.

· Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. .

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
